Synopsis: Due to its orbit entering the Romulan Neutral Zone for a portion of the year, the Denarus IV Colony has been a thorn in the side of Romulan-Federation relations for many years. Sent to relocate the colony, USS Hiroshima finds a populace unwilling to leave their home.
Once the desires of the Federation citizens of Denarus IV are known, the crew of the Hiroshima broker a deal trhat enables the colony to remain, while simultaneously assuaging Romulan concerns with what had been, up to then, a provocative Federation presence.
