Synopsis: The New Moscow was hit by a series of tectonic plate shifts, accompanied by severe climactic changes, seeming to require the immediate evacuation of all citizens.
Once on scene, the crew of the Hiroshima determined that the catastrophe was caused by sentient life forms – in this case, two Ferengi and a Romulan scientist. Further investigation showed this to be an illegal and immoral attempt to exploit materials in the planet’s core. Hiroshima apprehended the criminals and saw to restabilising the planet.
